Qualified Teachers and Staff: All teachers must be licensed and have at least two years’ experience in the field that they will be teaching. As a world-class school it is required that all expatriate teachers have fluency in English with a neutral accent. Thai teachers must also have a good command of English. Non-teaching staff must be able to demonstrate that they satisfy the requirements and demands of the position. Traditionally schools in Thailand have placed emphasis on having native English speakers over qualifications and ability in teaching.

SBS International School Chiangmai is a leading bilingual school offering exceptional education to all of its students, from Early Years to Year 13. SIBS is authorized to offer the Cambridge International Primary, Secondary One and Secondary Two Programmes, including the IGCSE and AS levels as well as the courses for students to earn an O-Net Thai High School Diploma.
