Mr. Dagnachew Asfaw has a bachelor of Education degree in physics with a minor in mathematics from Alemaya University in Ethiopia, and a postgraduate diploma in computer science from HiLCoE School of Computer Science in Ethiopia. He has taught physics at the secondary level for more than 17 years in Ethiopia and Thailand. He has been working in Thailand since 2013. He believes in a balance between being teacher centered and student centered in his approach to teaching and learning. His experience teaching student of different nationalities enables him to handle and manage students. This academic year, he will be teaching As/A level physics and IGCSE mathematics.

He believes that education has a key role in changing the world, and that teachers are able to shape a better society.
